The customer service point only provides service by appointment.
You can also handle almost all of your benefit matters with Kela by phone. Book a telephone appointment at www.kela.fi/appointments or by calling one of our service numbers. Our service numbers can be found at www.kela.fi/phone-numbers. If necessary, we will make an appointment for you to visit the customer service point.
You can also use the OmaKela e-service to apply for benefits, report changes and send supporting documents. The e-service can be found at www.kela.fi/omakela (in Finnish) or www.fpa.fi/mittfpa (in Swedish).
The mailbox at the service point is available between 9 am and 4 pm.
